Dr Fiorentino clearly does not know she is in a service industry. Aultman would be wise to take notice.
I would not recommend Dr. Fiorentino. She was very rude, condescending, and expressed no compassion whatsoever. She told me I’m whining and audibly laughed at my pain. I felt unheard, disrespected, and belittled. Your doctor should be someone who listens to your concerns and treats you with respect and takes you seriously. I did not receive that treatment. Shame on you.
Dr. Fiorentino is amazing! She is patient and really listens to all that’s going on. I trust her and believe she gives the best care around. She is extremely knowledgeable and very kind.
The experience is great. I never have any problems.
Dr Fiorentino combines excellent diagnostic skills with preventative plans to improve health. Her communication skills are topnotch and she always take time during our appointments. She genuinely cares about her patients and I am so blessed to have her as my primary care physician.
