I recommend anyone battling cancer to go elsewhere.. with the smallest amount of help from providers, lack of detailed Information my father received over a year ago, etc.. They made the money they needed and wanted to off of my father and his insurance, left us with a great medical bill after pumping him full of chemo killing juice, great reactions, side effects, diagnosis of terminal cancer and only treatment course was radiation and pumping full of chemo- depleting platelet counts until it was too late. If you are looking for kindness, do NOT come here. I attempted to follow Dr. Payne from Western Reserve. They made me register as a new patient, which delayed my appointment; then their office cancelled it and had me reschedule. I got pneumonia and had to cancel that appointment. I rescheduled and inadevertently wrote the time down as 2:30 instead of 2:00. I showed up at 2:31 and the woman behind the desk called me up to the desk and said " The scribe wants to know why you are late." I said, " it's 2:31, I'm only one minute ... read more

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2002 & 2005; 2003 complete hysterectomy; went thru chemo & radiation the 1st time, double mastectomy the 2nd time. Every since, I chose to be checked by the cancer center once a year, for an extra eye/hand on the lookout. Drs Treehan & Weeman both were on board with that choice (very nice drs!) Have to agree with the others , this is supposed to be cancer care !!!! Ppl arnt supposed to lie or miss diagnose or be so arrogant!!! And letting medical students see pts is crazy !!!! This is cancer not a cold !!! I have followed Dr Sing to her other hospital she is amazing

Giving a 0 rating is still too generous. Today was my husbands first visit with Dr. Stephen Yandel. He was extremetly rude and arrogant. He obviosly doesn't care about his patients because he didn't try to listen or understand for a second. He had his mind made up before even seeing my husband. I didn't know a doctor could diagnose or make such determinations before meeting the patient. When we tried to ask questions he made us feel stupid for asking. We will never be returning to Aultman.
