Aultman hospital is great overall but the ER is another story. The workers are nasty and don't even care. So sad. They for got about me when I was waiting to see a family.member in the ER. Then I called and she was not nice about it. They weren't even busy. Lost all respect.

Great hospital turned BAD! Waited hours in the er with my 86 year mother in severe pain. Watched people walk in and had little wait. Told she had many patience ahead of her. No hope!!! Taking her back home and hoping to have a nurse come out.

My daughter sat and suffered in pain for 10 hours beginning at 5:30 p.m. on 08/27/2021 until 3:30 a.m. on 08/28/2021. After those 10 grueling and exhausting hours she left because there were still people ahead of her - meaning more hours of waiting. Get your act together Aultman ER.

The single star is for the emergency room I went there last night had four people in front of me and watched them all go and come out then about a dozen more people filed in each and every one of them went before me so I asked "Do you know when is o Going to be my turn?" and they replied that your type of services require a special room. DO not go to Aultman Hospital on West Tusc. in canton Ohio the hospital waiting rooms are clean to the letter ,But the Patients in the ER they had my mother in a room with Blood on the floor they gave her a nasty dirty pillow , she went to Aultman for a stroke yesterday , and was supposed to have a MRI done but that didnt happen she had to wait until tonight after we called her real doctor and complained he called and had them do there jobs she has eye drops that has to taken twice a day and yes her eye drops are prescribed ... read more

The nursing staff and doctors in the ER were kind and pleasant...that being said, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! My daughter had a neck injury at a rugby game and was assessed by a medical member of this hospital. He called the ER to let them know we would be coming and needed assistance. The squad had already taken someone to the ER and was on to another call, so they told us it would be quicker to drive her ourselves if we didn't want to wait. I chose Aultman Woodlawn Rehab facility for Dick, unfortunately he wasn't able to stay in that program for very long, but while in their care he as treated with respect. Within several days he was transferred to hospice at the same facility. Again he was treated with respect and compassion that i.had hoped he would be. Not only was he treated well, the staff couldn't have been nicer and kinder to me. I would highly recommend Aultman Woodlawn Rehab and hospice facilities if needed.

2nd time completing a pre employment drug test. You wait around for 1.5 hours minimal. They take their sweet time taking appointments and the drug screens are made to wait. I'm familiar with how they rotate people and they aren't doing their jobs their. If appointments and exams are being completed then drug screens should be in rotation as well. They need to hire a proper staff or close the doors.

Wait, wait, wait... if you are coming here, plan to be here 1.5 hours plus. A couple people working, everyone else standing around. No one concerned with your time. All working at snail’s pace. A simple pre-employment urine test took 1.5 hours. Ridiculous!
