In March, 2025, while at work, I had a heart episode. I lost consciousness, and hit my head against a wall as I fell to the ground. 911 was called. If I could give no stars I would Sat in the ER for 17 hours unable to breathe. My daughter left to take a break and as soon as she left. They gave my bed away. I don’t think my problems were addressed even as a patient I was ignored every time I needed help which was only to open containers so I could drink but that was too much to ask. No towel was rag toothbrush for 4 days. Too much to ask for once again. And to this day I am struggling with the same things I went there for. (A problem that started back in November)
So today I got burnt in my back 2 and 3 degree burn and when I came into the hospital to check in my back was burning so bad I asked the lady at the desk if she could help me and out some of the burn stuff on my back for me she informed me that she could not but the nurse could I said ok can u ask someone if the can help it's on fire she said they have people to see and there's others in front of me I said look it's really on fire she continued to sit there and never asked no one. The care giver assigned to me Erica has zero empathy and has been the worst. If you have a choice pick someone else. She has no understanding of back pain or the ability to communicate with a patient. It is her way or the highway. Better yet I would say to stay away from APM period. During my 4 plus years being a patient they pushed injections for pain reduction that were totally ineffective. Check your bills also. I would have given them a zero, but it didn't allow you to. My son sat in the ER room for 14 straight hours. Shaky and controllably having seizures and vomiting. Never seen a doctor. They did take his vitals every 5 hours. We ended up leaving because he had to get something to eat for the situation was just going to get worse. They should be ashamed of themselves people could die in that room just waiting on them to see a doctor.
Came in with kindney stone severe pain. 4am Was taken for blood and urine collection right away. CT ordered. Waited 2 hours, asked at desk how long to go back for treatment. Was told could be as long as 13 hours. Left to gut out at home.why bother going there again. Kidney pain is very severe and it was not my first one. Staff up please. Next time I will wait for urgent care to open.

Not happy after my wife went in on Wednesday she hasn't got well enfact she has gotten worse an as big as aultman is they can't find a dam thing wrong with her but she gets sicker ever day but to day in going to take her to Pomeranian if they can't come up with what is wrong this is B's they even keeped her over the weekend guess they need the insurance money kelp her for no reason supposed to do hart cath today but it's been cancelled do to them not having a clue what's wrong with her B's B's B's
Just had major surgery on 27 January. From the time I arrived to get checked in to the time I was wheeled into surgery I could not have been treated with such great care. The two Doctors who were going to put me to sleep were outstanding. Surgical team did a great job of taking care of me. Nice job folks. My ICU nurse Jamie went out of her way to attend to all of my needs and questions. Maggie my nurse in the step down unit could not do enough to help me through the night.
