The care giver assigned to me Erica has zero empathy and has been the worst. If you have a choice pick someone else. She has no understanding of back pain or the ability to communicate with a patient. It is her way or the highway. Better yet I would say to stay away from APM period. During my 4 plus years being a patient they pushed injections for pain reduction that were totally ineffective. Check your bills also.
