I have seen Dr. Rich for years and have never met a kinder, more compassionate listener and advisor. He spends a full hour with me each time I see him for med check and has helped me more than I can express. He explains things thoroughly and answers every question. I also recommend Tiffany as a counselor. She has been tremendously helpful in my struggles with anxiety.
If I could write zero stars I would. Such an unhelpful group of people. Useless. Behavioral health center but when your mental health needs help you’re out of luck. They won’t get you in for weeks. A literal joke. Do not recommend going here for anyone. Go to your general Dr they will help you more. Honestly anyone will help you more than this group. Horrible. Will never be going here again.

I had been coming here for nearly a decade and had to stop. They changed their scheduling policies to make it impossible to get steady appointments. You may get 1 appointment every 1-3 months. They are not capable of offering the level of care people need. Additionally, ANGEL at reception is SO RUDE. She looked me in the eye and told me they "manage their waitlists."
