Rude and Unreasonable
Called to get a quote and the friendly rep who answered the phone was knowledgeable that he told me to look into replacing a valve first, because that could be causing the oil loss. Sure enough, he was right and I saved thousands of dollars. Never experienced such customer service and practical knowledge over the phone in any industry, let alone an auto shop. These guys are the best.
