This company is such a scam. They claim to help patients but after every interaction I have had I have been nothing but frustrated, angry, and inconvenienced. My personal situations dealing with them include: Not approving taking my INFANT to the emergency room when she was sick with the flu and dehydrated and the pediatrician had already advised to take her.
