Very disappointed that the price has increased by more than 25%! And wasn’t told prior to picking up my dog :(
The service is amazing at Pet Polisher! Everyone is extremely friendly and care for your dog like their own. They do an excellent job at grooming.
Traumatised the dog (our little boy cried throughout the ordeal) . they charged us 180+ dollars. they Refused our requests! gave him an afro. He is not a poodle; He is a friggin Wheaten Irish Terrier. English barrier. They don't get it. Hearing him cry was gut wrenching. You also used his photo without permission using a fake name! How dare you!
My partner, Dr Zena Burgess, had her dog Snow, (a large Swiss Shepherd breed), groomed and treated by PP, with outstanding results. Snow had tail stains removed, that the previous, long term Dog Grooming service failed to address over the last few years. The overall grooming and treatments (ears, teeth, paws) were also the best they have ever been and Snow was relaxed and well treated during the 2.5 hours she was there.
