I moved to Ahoskie 8 months ago. I started taking my 93 year old grandmother to here to see Ms. Cooley. My grandmother had fallen broken her hip and we had to get her a hospital bed. My grandmother stressed so bad because ProMeds was charging her monthly for her bed. Medicare will cover the expense but not until the doctors office submits required notes stating why the bed is needed. My friend fell and hurt himself in Nov. He's been going back and forth there to get his paperwork filled out. Now it Christmas and He's losing everything behind her incompetence. The office said that she would be at work today to fill out his short term disability forms for the 8th time asking, but her butt is on vacation. Why couldn't they have told him yesterday when he went there. I hope that she never becomes a real doctor. The office is terrible
I had an appointment today, 11/14/2024 at 12:20. Mind you that the office closes at 1 pm for lunch. My new provider is Laurie Nielsen who is a nurse practitioner. She doesn’t care about her patients and talks to her patients like they smell bad or something. She doesn’t care at all. All she’s good at is checking your blood pressure and telling you to slow down on eating fried foods. She doesn’t have any compassion for the patients. Don't go here. For one they missed stuff that could be killing me now, and they lied to me saying there is only one ent in the area and that's in Greeneville.
My email somehow got associated with a client of this medical clinic in the USA. I am neither a client nor American, and have even tried to call to get them to stop sending me emails on behalf of their client, but alas I still get the emails.
