Been with Augustyniak for years. I usually deal with Julie, but she was on vacation so I dealt with Beth. It was a pleasure working with her. She quickly grasped the issue and handled it quickly and efficiently. There were a few "twists and turns" but that didn't get in the way of her providing exemplary service. I was very impressed and fully intend to stay with Augustniak for all my insurance needs.

Run. Run far and fast. Unreliable and horrible customer service. My suggestion, use a reliable, real Insurance company. They're a broker. The policies are from actual insurance companies. e..g., Universal Property and Casualty Group, which itself is a garbage company. I had a homeowners policy written from Augustyniak with UP&C in May 2021.I Wrote a new policy with State Farm in October 2021, saving hundreds and with better coverage. Not only was it easy to go through the website to get a quote but, Haleigh was so personable and professional. She responded to my many questions quickly. If I ran across something that needed attention, she handled it tactfully and quickly. Never had such professional help in all my years. I haven't had to make any claims yet but, I would expect that Haleigh will handle any claims just as quickly and professionally. Loved working with her.

I’ve been with Augustyniak Insurance since 2007 or 2008. You always have been a great help! My favorite is Beth Burke. I don’t have to tell her twice for anything. She’s sweet, professional and my god so quick! Thank you Beth Burke for all your help!
