My mother in law had the worst experience with this office. I usually don’t leave reviews but this upset me tremendously! She had to do most of the leg work herself. When her attorney called back he never had answers. Had final paperwork completed with a settlement amount and he back tracked everything after. It was disappointing to see her struggle through their process and how much knowledge they lacked during the process. If I could have negative stars I would!

I hate to leave a bad review, but I’m so disappointed. This office took our insurance claim in April of 2021. It is not yet fully resolved (Dec 2023). There was no communication unless I requested follow-up, and the legal documents I have received have all had errors like the spelling of my first name after 2+yrs of being a client, as well as documents I needed notarized with incorrect information.
