My father is bedbound, an Alzheimer's patient, I am taking care of him. We never heard of the so-called Doctor Valmond, nor did we speak to him or interact with him in any way. But he is billing Medicare every month for services never provided since the beginning of 2026. Valmond is a criminal and belongs in prison; he does not deserve to be called a Doctor

Dr. Valmond and the nurse in interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. However, the front desk is abject chaos. It's rare that I've been lucky enough to get someone to pick up the phone, and when nobody does, you are shunted to a perpetually full voicemail box. They allegedly have an electronic communication system, but no one there actually responds to it. If you do get an appointment, be prepared to wait for hours.
