Dr. Valmond and the nurse in interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. However, the front desk is abject chaos. It's rare that I've been lucky enough to get someone to pick up the phone, and when nobody does, you are shunted to a perpetually full voicemail box. They allegedly have an electronic communication system, but no one there actually responds to it. If you do get an appointment, be prepared to wait for hours.
