Edit: I just came in for tests last month that I mentioned I need for my therapist/ and psychotherapy. I called and emailed and they are WITHHOLDING my medical records. How is this legal? Nurse or Receptionist I spoke to refused to let me speak to the doctor and also refused to answer any of my questions. Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Valmond is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to all your concerns. The nurses are very friendly, enthusiastic and make you feel comfortable. On my first visit we completed all my bloodwork, EKG and a couple other tests. I feel like a lot gets done there as opposed to other doctors where processes can be more dragged out. I was on the fence with giving 4 stars because the front desk staff can be a bit dismissive and after signing in, I was still waiting an hour because they never told the sonographer or nurses ... read more
This Doctor office is the worst my best friend referred me. First of all the front desk leaves people private document out for all to see, I have seen several people x-ray request just laying on the outer table by the two dummy receptionists waiting for people to continue out from the back. The receptionist also talks about patient Spanish but she didn't realize that I''m fluent Spanish and could understand what they where talking about.
