Very rude doctor. Disorganized, dirty, and incompetent. Did not understand how to pull up previous results in my chart. Did not listen to current patient condition. Did not recommend services or specialists. I have been to plenty of Mt. Siani offices and this is by far the worst patient experience I have ever had.
I have been going to Dr. Augustus Mantia for many years now and I have always been satisfied with the service he and his staff have provided me.
Augustus Mantia is awesome, however, the ladies that handle billing and appointments are absolutely horrible! I went in the other day and paid cash for my copay, and they STILL BILLED ME EVEN THOUGH I PAID ALREADY, AND CLAIMED THAT I HAD NO RECEIPT OF THE TRANSACTION. How did they not have record of it? Obviously from now on I will not be paying with cash! Moreover, they were so nasty on the phone to me and treated me as if I were a child..
