Dr. Mazzocca is an excellent surgeon and caregiver, and he has a great sense of humor which I very much appreciate. He listened to my concerns and prepared me very well not only for the surgery, but for the recovery process as well. He participates in and reads research studies so is well informed on the latest approaches and best chance of success for healing. If you must have rotator cuff surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Mazzocca.
Dr. Mazzocca is an outstanding surgeon. He is personable and makes you feel comfortable in his presence. While I explained to him my shoulder issues he listened and explained options to correct the problem. Definitely recommend him to others with shoulder issues.
Great surgeon! Had me back to lifting weights and playing hockey only a few months after tearing distal bicep tendon.

Dr. Mazzocca doesn’t ‘sugar coat’ anything. His assessments are spot on, delivered with care and dignity.
