Augusto VERISSIMO real estate broker does it all. He and his staff went above and beyond to help my husband and I sell a property that we listed with his agency. Very unresponsive and not very professional. Worked with Augusto in a buyers' agent capacity while he was representing both the seller and buyer in a transaction. Augusto slowed the process down immensely. He frequently would promise a response on one day ("I'll get back to you tomorrow") and then would not contact my wife and I for multiple days, until we contacted him again for followup and details.
