I have had nothing, but good experience with Augustine Homes. Glen has been nothing but responsive and awesome with assisting me with this process. I absolutely love Glen and Augustine Homes.
To whom it may concern. Please stay as far away from Augustine Homes LLC and their sales rep Glenn Johnson. We signed our contract May of 2021 we were told that we would close Feb of 2022. That didn’t happen. We emailed, called but rarely received a response. It took our realtor to reach out and explain to Glenn that communication goes along way. BLUF… we had a terrible experience with Glen from Augustine Homes. From the start, he provided misleading information about pricing, and included features. Any attempt to get clarification was met with vague answers or complete silence. If you’re considering this builder, be very cautious. Read every detail of the contract before signing, get everything in writing, and don’t trust verbal promises. If you are considering an Augustine home, I do not recommend this company. They lack any semblance of customer service. They do not care if you are happy with your investment because there will be another person they can sell your home to if you walk away. They did build a decent home but their “warranty” process is completely set up to benefit them. "I recently reached out to them regarding concerns about their construction in my area, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, even boasting about building million-dollar homes instead of addressing my concerns. I felt completely ignored and pushed aside, with no effort made to understand or resolve the issues I raised.
