Augustine Diji-Greene & Grand Realty is a one stop shop! It’s a real estate brokerage; home management; renovation and construction! I needed him to find me a tenant during the late fall/early winter, he did not stop till he was able to. Meanwhile the tenants he did find for me wanted a fresh paint job for the apt, and he was able to hire a painter with a snap of a finger. Great paint job done...happy tenants! After the passing of my father, we used Augustine to help us during a difficult time and sell his house. Although there were some complications throughout the pandemic, we prevailed and he was able to sell our house for a great price and get the most out of the situation.
