I am a Saab owner, and have had trouble finding a good Saab mechanic. After Saab North America went out of business thanks to GM, I found Augustine's Auto service and I have been a dedicated customer since 2011. They are very know Saab service, pricing is very fair and time quotes for the service are spot on. I had a very unusual part break on my transmission. It was no longer available from the dealer. Peter spent a week finding a junkyard that would sell a destroyed transmission so that part could be removed and put on my car. This is the fourth time they have worked on my vehicles and I am totally satisfied with every job they have done.
I have been taking my 2002 TDI New Beetle to Joe before he had this shop. He knows his diesel's inside and out. He has always treated me like family and if you are in his area (I am down in Cincinnati), I HIGHLY recommend him!
I have been very happy with Augustine Automotive. They rebuilt our Honda Accord transmission 2 1/2 years ago and it is still running great. Last year, they replaced our Honda Odyssey transmission (so far so good). These folks are always upfront about the cost and are efficient with my time. I will be returning there with all my car problems.
Owns a 88 rx7 i couldnt find anyone to work on a rotary engine then i found augustines havent been to anyone else since always fair and show me the old parts they replace how many people do that? they explain the problem clearly and what they are going to do and no matter what they always fit me in the schedule no matter how busy they are.
Great Repair Shop! – Joe Augustine is a very good honest and trustworthy Mechanic. He treats every customers like family. Joe recently worked on one of my vehicles that required a variety of repairs/service. The work was done at a reasonable rate and in a reasonable time frame. I wish I had known about Joe's shop b4 I had taken my other vehicle to a local Chevy dealer. Charging me for breaking my car!!! – so my car stops running and they cant figure out why. I told them I will pick it up and take it to a real mechanic. They say sure after you pay the storage fee. I already paid them to work on it and now, not only did they break it I have to pay them 20$ a day to hold it until I can get it. HUGE RIP OFF!!!!.
