If I can give 0 star I will. Dr Lin was my previous primary doctor, I had two very unpleasant experiences in his office before I transfers to my current doctor. First of all, his office never pick up the phone and they expected you come to their office so that they can charge you out of pocket fee. Then the waiting time is especially long even though you already make an appointment with him. Dr. Lin is by far the BEST dr. I've ever had. No, his office is not large or fancy - BUT he will take TIME to speak with you, talk with you, check you out - I've literally been to a visit that lasted over an hour of actual time IN FRONT OF Dr. Lin. What other doctor does that? Yes, it may cause for long wait times, but he legitimately cares and spends as much time with you as needed to deal with whatever is going on. Dr. Lin is amazing. yes, his office is small. Yes, they don't have a huge staff. Yes, they don't take debit/credit cards. But.... He spends at least 1-3 hours with me per appointment depending upon what the reason for my visit is. He genuinely cares about me and my care. He gives solid advice and medical care. He treats you like you are the only patient he has all day. His office does text messages - often he has text messaged with me directly, after-hours and on weekends.
