I reached out to this company twice, once in June and another time in July, and didn’t hear back either time. In one of the messages I even said if they weren’t able to help me if they could recommend someone that would. On the FB page it says the response time is 96 hours. I understand this is a busy time of year but some sort of a response would have been nice.
