We have not had hot water for a week now and the building management ignores our request saying it is only during peak hours, while we tried at different times like 2 am. We have to deal with the TAL to get things fixed. The absolute worst. Where do I start? There is nothing luxurious about these condos. Soundproof? Not even close, you can hear everything the upstairs neighbor is doing. The worst management company “Gestion Provision. They will ingore you constantly. They never answer phone calls, ignore emails constantly.
