We visited the sales office on a Saturday, when it was nearly empty and well before closing time — and yet, the experience was surprisingly disappointing. While one of the agents made an effort to be polite, the man who appeared to be supervising the team treated my wife in a way that felt unnecessarily cold and dismissive. We purchased a unit in this project and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with both the delivery process and the handling of deficiencies. The unit was delivered with significant delays, which caused major complications with financing and notary timing. Despite this being beyond our control and caused by their own delays, we were still charged late fees — no flexibility or accountability was shown.
