We visited the sales office on a Saturday, when it was nearly empty and well before closing time — and yet, the experience was surprisingly disappointing. We purchased a unit in this project and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with both the delivery process and the handling of deficiencies. The unit was delivered with significant delays, which caused major complications with financing and notary timing. Despite this being beyond our control and caused by their own delays, we were still charged late fees — no flexibility or accountability was shown. We have not had hot water for a week now and the building management ignores our request saying it is only during peak hours, while we tried at different times like 2 am. We have to deal with the TAL to get things fixed.
