Was at the clubhouse for a birthday party, this place is really gorgeous and spacious. They had the common area and the dining room separated. There were 6 good size tables with 5 chairs each, and they were bar height too. The kitchen area is a good size for the space. Not much parking though but it was okay. Have to say it was very nice and calming.
In the beginning it's all smiles and waves. After that, office and owner don't know you. I moved in the new section in 2020 and I moved out 2023. The damage done by the grass company was never addressed, just excuses, and still is not addressed as I have friends who still live there. But yet they raise the cost EVERY year along with lot rent. I understand lot rent goes up, but to have employee's tell you every few years $10 is not true. Try $40 to $50 EVERY year. My taxes in Trenton don't add up to that. The watering ... read more
Been here since May this year, and I have very little to complain about. Very grateful to be where I am, and the help of Janet in the sales office was second to none. Very professional and personable! The process was extremely smooth, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all questions to the best of her ability.
So far so good. I have been here for a month now and my own experience has been great. Janet on the sales team was very friendly (still is) and Diane and Beth in the office are very helpful and friendly as well. I am loving my experience so far and I love the fact that this community is very different form others around our area. The neighbors seem to be nice, they wave as I drive and I am looking forward to getting to know them. You will love it here.
Love my new home, love the community, love the people who work here! I found this community on the internet when I planned to move to Michigan from Florida. Champion designed and created upscale mobile homes. Special thanks to Janet Robinson. She was incredible in helping me to buy my home long distance. She was always available to answer my questions and even dealt with my emotions. She went out of her way to take extra pictures and videos of the house. Without Janet I wouldn’t buy this dream home.
