My husband has been having significant difficulty urinating, which has caused both of us a great deal of stress and concern. We were instructed to collect a urine sample at home using a container provided and labeled by their office, and were told to return it as soon as possible once he was able to provide one. Dr Kay is an excellent physician but office operations are a nightmare. I put up with long waits, phone not being answered, scheduling errors, dropped calls etc. only because once you do get in to see Dr Kay, it’s worth the hassle to deal with a doctor who is highly competent and can communicate.
The doctors are ok but the management of the practice is extremely unprofessional and deserving of less than one star. Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone or on patient portal. Also great when they cancel your appointment with absolutely zero notice. They say they’ll call you back and never do. Zero compassion or care from the office staff, they absolutely don’t care about their patients in the slightest and it shows. Excuse after excuse. No accountability. Despicable. If you ever wanna speak to someone on the phone... good luck. Doctor is awesome, front staff are terrible with answering and returning calls. Its like pulling teeth.
If I could give them a lower number I would. Went to my appointment today. They said I missed it. It was on Monday and today was Thursday. I was sitting at my desk and put in my appoint book for today. Then they said I missed my 1st appointment. I received no phone call for that appointment. It cost me 50 for their mistakes. While I was standing there another patient was told he had wrong day. Their office staff SUCKS. Dr may be good but I'm not going back.
