Hit or miss. Their phone dispatcher was fairly polite and seemed to know what they were doing. One driver was great. The one I had the next morning made me late. claimed he didnt know he had my order. I had called an hour in advance. Claimed he was "at the house" and this tablet and phone would desync upon entering wifi and gave this whole spiel about how it wasnt his fault, when the reality sounds like he just doesnt know how to manage his technology or check it frequently.
