my appointment is at 2:30. as i type this, its 3:10 and ive yet to be seen. nobody told me there would be a wait. i got here at 2:22. if i showed up late by 40 minutes without notice, they would just cancel my appointment. they call me mister on the phone too, which doesn't really make sense and im not sure why they do that even though ive told them a couple times im a woman and it's in my documentation. it's 3:13, how is my appointment supposed to be done properly when the facility closes at 4? this is my first appointment... read more
Really great staff who are concerned with any issues you may be having
Augusta Smilecare is the best dentist office I have ever been. They have the best hygienists particularly my cleaning this week. Everyone at this office are amazing. Drs Massey and Dyer are both cordial and professional. My wife also goes to them and she loves them just as much as I do. Thank you Augusta Smilecare. Kurt
