I bought a used riding Snapper mower from owner Joe about 3 weeks ago. It turns out the wife and I were uncomfortable with it. We just didn't care for it so I talked to one of his employees about it and he said he would talk to Joe and see what could be done. Joe let me trade in the Snapper for whatever I wanted within the same range of price. He gave me exactly what I wanted and with no extra charge. What a wonderful place to do business with! Sold my mom a well-used mower with a filthy air filter, used oil, & a bad spark plug to say the least. From day 1, we've had repeated problems with the mower not starting. The seller would not take back and provide a refund, & is also unwilling to service the unit to try to resolve the ongoing problems. The seller insists that everything wrong with the mower is my mom's fault.
the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employee was extremely rude and refused to help
