Just thought I would give you an update on the Awning Repair your staff performed on our Airstream Upon my first encounter with your repair department I was mislead as to the expertise they had with Airstream. I asked if they were Airstream certified and was told they were experienced in Airstream repair I was quoted an estimated cost and since I had insurance it would be taken care of less copay. I have had warranty work performed twice on my RV with Augusta RV. The closest dealer is over 200 miles away and my experience has not been good with the dealer. With Augusta RV, both of my experiences have been great. A lot of extra work is needed by them to show the product has failed, work with the manufacturer and demonstrate it was replaced correctly.
