The staff here are amazing, we have been coming here 14+ years between our two daughters, we relocated down to South Carolina & were so heartbroken to leave this office, waiting times are minimum, appointments are scheduled promptly,you can trust this office with your child's teeth, 0 complaints.thank you for everything.
Highly recommend our hygienist, Ashley! My son has always found dental visits challenging, but Ashley has been so patient and gentle with him. She’s built up his confidence over time, and today he requested to go back on his own. When he came out, he told me he loved the dentist and that it was the “best day ever.” That kind of progress says everything about the care Ashley provides. We’re so thankful for her!
Had a very unsettling consult with Dr. Ashley today. Our primary dentist recommended getting X-rays done at her office and an opinion in regards to one possible cavity in my five year old’s mouth. Not only was it discouraging to hear that one possible cavity turned into her finding 8 cavities that need care, but multiple times during our appointment it seemed as though she was trying to separate us from our five year old - which left my husband I both feeling very violated and mistrusting. Dr Blanchfield was extremely thorough in expanding the procedure that our son was having done as well as showing us the space savers that would be put in after his procedure, asking about his history as well as future plans for orthodontic care. She discussed a plan with us with our options and ensured our son was playing on the game machine in the hallway so that he did not need to hear the more intense parts of the procedure.
