Never broke a bracket after 3 years of doing braces no problems or anything. Would recommend.
I am the parent of a patient at this orthodontic office and have been disappointed by the lack of communication and organization. Appointment reminders stopped without notice, which led to missed appointments. When this happens, the office reschedules a full month out, delaying treatment. Phone calls often go unanswered, and receipts or billing records are not provided unless requested. Overall, a very inconvenient experience.
The staff was friendly and welcoming! They made my kids feel comfortable and they talked me and them through the entire process.
I love Dr. Dallam and his staff at Augusta Orthodontics!
