I had been seeing Dr. Knodel for years. My appointment was cancelled & I received a mailed letter with no reason or option to reschedule & when I called to reschedule I was told there were no available appointments until October of 2026. That is absurd. I'm looking for a new doctor now.

I've been a patient of Dr. Knodel for years. She has always been respectful of my needs and includes my input regarding treatment. I would also so that the Evans location is truly a hidden gem, with a superb staff!
Where do I begin, I should have followed the lower reviews and found someone else. I called and set up an appointment specifically stating the Evans location, I moved my appointment to later after being out of town. I was scheduled for today at 1:30 PM. Not once was I called, text or emailed to confirm the appointment. I called yesterday to confirm and was told 1:30 and the address.
