RecommendedI’ve never had any issues at this office. Ive heard the staff is awful but I go there to see my doctor, not the staff. I love Dr.Gresham. He delivered me at the beginning of his practice 24 years ago and he will be delivering my baby in a few days. I’ve only ever heard good reviews about him. Dr.Gresham is amazing as well as every other doctor there. Each doctor at Augusta OBGYN makes you feel comfortable, takes care of you, and treats you as if they’ve known you for years! Highly recommend!
Although the Doctors are amazing the front staff has much to desire. Reasonable requests are met with "you will need to call about that" even if you are at the office. Additionally, reasonable requests require an office manager rather than a form. Simple requests (switch doctors, continue medication, change appointments) should have an organized method that your front staff can follow. Patients should not be told you can go to anoyher practice because you requested a Docyor.
Doctor jordan is amazing now his staff and his nurses to get to him sucks they try and send you everywhere else but to your OBGYN for female problems it sucks he has a sucky staff he just needs to clean house get more help in his office so that the wait times want be 2 pkus hours and if he has to leave to deliver a baby the wait time gets worse its ridiculous sometimes you cant get all the money
The office staff here is incompetent. I waited over a month for an appointment. I requested one procedure only to find out the scheduled something I didn't need instead. My appointment was cancelled 15 minutes before it was scheduled to start, which I only found out because I called the office to verify the correct office since several doctors split offices. Not worth the wait.
