The worse mechanics in town some one i know took there car there for replacement of a clutch they didn’t even know how to fix it then they took there sweet time fixing it took like 2 weeks
Michael and Paul are true legends - travelling around Australia and had some serious car troubles about 100kms outside of Port Augusta. Limped our way into town on an Easter Long weekend no less. Parts sent from Adelaide and repaired, back on the road in no time! Super accommodating, very professional and made sure we were back to our holiday as quick as possible. Can't recommend them highly enough - trip saved!
Had my Patrol 30k service done here while passing through. Booked 10 days prior, got a text confirmation when booked. And a reminder text the day before. Gemma at service reception was great. Paperwork was prepared before I arrived to drop it off. She called to say it was ready. And when I returned to pick it up the paperwork was already done. Service book stamped and in the car. They washed it too 🙂
A good experience with this place very friendly and helpful
Excellent service. We broke down 6 days ago. We were 3 hours north of Port Augusta. After 3 days we were able to have our car bought to Port Augusta on the back of a truck. Although the warranty approval had not come through they completed the repair and arranged for us to have our car back so we could continue on our holiday and we wouldn't be stuck in Port Augusta over the weekend.
