Very disappointing experience with Port Augusta MG. I contacted the dealership to discuss cancelling a booking for an MG ZST due to a delay in my property move. When I was told cancellation was not possible, I offered a reasonable alternative and said I was happy to collect the vehicle in late January instead. The General Manager, Brad Williamson, was extremely rude and dismissive.
