Amazing service friendly staff definitely recommend
Very disappointing experience with Port Augusta MG. I contacted the dealership to discuss cancelling a booking for an MG ZST due to a delay in my property move. When I was told cancellation was not possible, I offered a reasonable alternative and said I was happy to collect the vehicle in late January instead. The General Manager, Brad Williamson, was extremely rude and dismissive. He became aggressive in his tone, ordered me to pick the car up immediately, and threatened to involve his lawyer if I did not do so. He made it ... read more
