I've been extremely pleased with augusta's snow removal services until today. My home has a metal wheelchiar ramp at the front door. I pay good money for this company to de-ice and shovel my ramp. Without them, I cannot get out of my house safely. And they cleared my driveway but not my wheelchair ramp, leaving me, a disabled person absolutely positively no means of safely exiting my home. Excellent service! Highly recommend this company!
Today was the first day of snow since I hired Augusta and OMG I could not love them more! My doorcam shows them coming out at 2 am to start shoveling, and they've kept my walks clean (as in ... NO snow) every since - it's almost 11 am now. Hire them now! Seriously. My life could have been so much better for the past 2 winters if I'd known they were out there.
I'm VERY sad to have to change my review from a 5 to 1 star. I've been with them for nearly 6 months. In the beginning, we had some hiccups because they scheduled appointments and were no-shows. Although that was pretty bad, I let it go after their manager, Garret, sincerely apologized and asked for a chance to rectify the situation. They did rectify the situation last spring, and thus a smooth summer and my original 5 star review, which I’ve left at the end of this post for reference.
