The people that did the work were fast and did a good job.
Used Augusta for a couple of years with no major complaints, but wasn't super impressed with the service either. In April, I called to request that they treat for clover that had started popping up in my backyard. The technician made a mistake and completely wiped out both my front and backyard. They put sod down to replace my front yard and keep the HOA from fining me. Had to argue for a while about a resolution for the backyard.
