Our neighbor hired Augusta Lawn Carr Services and they chopped off my mother‘s perennials. Unfortunately, my mother came upon them when they removed her perennial plants. When she told them they were plants not weeds and that they were trespassing on her property, one of the workers responded that they thought them weeds and that the temporary kennel gate was the boundary line.
