Complete let down. No communication. Canceled the service after a single worker showed up unannounced and then left without any communication. Called several times , zero response. We literally had a roofer give us an estimate a day after the estimate from Augusta , accepted the estimate, work started, permits pulled, inspection done and work completed before we even heard from Augusta . I would not recommend them .
They just show up when they want to and do a horrible job. I stopped my service with them right before Jan 2025 and told them to stop my auto billing on my credit card, and to my surprise I just saw over $400 in charges on my cc this April 17th, 2025. I haven’t used their service since late December. Anyways, besides them billing me for services I didn’t receive, the job they do is horrible. Don’t use this company.
When you say, “my brass is too tall” and they don’t understand…. That’s a hard pass
If you want all your leaves blown into the street and not picked up Augusta landscaping is a good company to go with. I addressed the issue over the phone, with the company and they said they wouldn't leave them. The company blows half my neighbors leaves into the street and then left them behind a day after I just cleaned my yard and street. You can tell how everybody else's street is clean in front of their house except for where Augusta did landscaping.
