In February, Augusta quoted me for a lawn upgrade. The work was done in April, and while the yard looked nice at first, several items from the quote were left incomplete. We spent thousands of dollars, and when I raised the issue, the “owner” came out, promised to make it right, continue treatments through the end of the year, and even add Christmas lights. Had this company for 2 years, last year was decent, this year has been awful. Overall would not recommend this lawn care company. They broke 3 of our landscape lights, didn't say anything to us about it, just left them there to be found like that. The lawn is always cut uneven, they rarely edge and never blow. Ruts left in the lawn from the mower often. Final straw was another broken landscape light and an uncut lawn. He mowed it so quickly, the grass was literally pushed down verses cut. Horrible service. Had them treat our yard, three weeks later, weeds everywhere. I tried calling them several times and left several messages and no one called me back. So either the product they use sucks, or the guy that sprayed my yard did a terrible job. Either way I'll never use this company again.
I couldn’t have been more pleased with the friendliness and ease of getting the quote and the work scheduled. They were very easy to work with, affordable and for the most part the landscaping looks beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but the original quote was for a small volunteer tree that was growing in the existing landscaping be removed as well as a small stump in The backyard.
