Kyle did a great job on our lawn. We reached out to Augusta last minute and they were so wonderful about squeezing us in. We really appreciate them going above and beyond and taking great care of our lawn. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville area!

BEWARE of Augusta Lawn Service! I used them last summer and had constant billing issues despite being set up on autopay. They repeatedly failed to bill, then sent massive lump-sum invoices without identifying service dates or balances. I even received erroneous collection notices, followed by apologies blaming their “billing system issues.” After being told my account was paid in full, I canceled due to the hassle. I started using Augusta Lawn Care at the end of 2024 after having trouble with another company that just wasn’t reliable. What stood out to me right away was the customer portal. It shows all your upcoming visits, past services, and invoices in one spot. I was even able to request things like flower bed maintenance really easily without needing to call. The team was friendly, the service was consistent, and the whole process just felt simple and well-organized. I’ve been really happy with the switch.
Augusta provided timely service and very friendly. It may seem expensive, but they kept me informed. Always did what they said they would do and I never worried that my yard would look bag. Thanks again!
