Augusta Lawn Care’s billing practices are unacceptable. They did a cleanup but didn’t haul everything away, saying they needed another truck. Only after I called a week later did they return to finish. The real problem is their billing — they charged me multiple times for the same job. Even after issuing a refund, they billed me AGAIN without authorization. This isn’t just sloppy; it feels fraudulent. No service is worth the hassle of constantly checking your bank account for repeat charges. Be careful!
