I hired them to treat my lawn and they applied some sort of chemical which ended up killing a tree in my front yard. When I contacted them about this they said they needed to take a sample and send it for testing before they'd do anything about the dead tree. Fair enough, I get it. But they never showed up as far as I could tell. When I called them they alleged someone had collected the sample and it was sent off (although I sure didn't see them). This was the first time Augusta mowed our lawn and they did a great job! Fast, efficient & we were pleasantly surprised that they removed weeds in the driveway cracks,too.
