I do not recommend using Tommy with Augusta Lawn Care. His communication was extremely poor from the start, and he failed to follow through on multiple commitments. I initially requested a landscaping quote, and it took him over a week just to respond. When he finally came out for what was a very small job, it seemed like he knew what he was doing—but it took over a month to complete. If I could choose a negative number I would. By far the worst service provider ever dealt with. Inherited them as my prior provider (Fine Turf) sold their routes to these guys. Horrible equipment, looks like they cut grass with a butter knife. When they first started their team barely cut my back yard. I called a few days later and the supervisor said the team had equipment issues. That’s understandable and these things happen. How about telling me and then coming back the next day or two and fix?
