I do not recommend using Tommy with Augusta Lawn Care. His communication was extremely poor from the start, and he failed to follow through on multiple commitments. I initially requested a landscaping quote, and it took him over a week just to respond. When he finally came out for what was a very small job, it seemed like he knew what he was doing—but it took over a month to complete. If I could choose a negative number I would. By far the worst service provider ever dealt with. Inherited them as my prior provider (Fine Turf) sold their routes to these guys. Horrible equipment, looks like they cut grass with a butter knife. When they first started their team barely cut my back yard. I called a few days later and the supervisor said the team had equipment issues. That’s understandable and these things happen. How about telling me and then coming back the next day or two and fix? Editing my review: I'm not sure what happened but clearly corporate greed has taken over. Biweekly mowing used to run $59, they nearly doubled that price to $112 this spring. For some of the last few mowings, I had to ask to have my grass cut shorter as it was still way too high. I found another mower who charges much less and does a much better job in my opinion. If you're in need of lawn care, definitely use Augusta Lawn Care. The process of getting a quote, scheduling the service, to actually getting the lawn done was absolutely seamless. The lawn was pristine and they even got some weeds growing in the cracks of the concrete of my driveway. When they left, the yard was cleaned up nicely with absolutely zero residual mowed grass on concrete walkways.
