Justine Paladino is who I see now when I first moved here I could not get a human health provider to order my desperately needed infusions I have not been able to absorb nutrients so this has been my life since bypass 20 years post op. I had a generally good experience when I first came to the practice in 2020, but in the last several months they've switched to an automated phone system where it's impossible to get a human and you have to navigate a lot of steps just to leave a message. Added to that is that while I don't really have complaints with Augusta Health overall, their portal system is subpar. I tried to change my email and the system wouldn't allow me to but also stopped recognizing my original login--and you have to go through MANY hoops to sim... read more
Dr. Alexander has always listened to my concerns and addressed them with compassion and empathy. His office staff are professional and friendly even under pressure.
This place is very nice , the staff here is awesome. I had a back issue they got me right in who does that???
