My visit to Dr .Julie Monroe on 3/31/26 Was a bad experience. I went in there to get help as well as get medicine that I’ve been taking for years. I told her I had a bad car accident last year. They rescheduled my wife without calling or telling us anything. We live 1.5 hours away in the middle of nowhere and we drove all the way there while gas is $3.89 a gallon just to be turned away. Very poor service. I won’t reschedule with them.
They need to stop grilling people about the bill. Their system here doesn't show the payments you've already made, of course! And if they didn't charge so much people could afford payments. In this day and time with everything so expensive, they need to let up. And the woman here isn't nice about it either! She keeps on and on badgering you in front of others in the waiting room.
