They need to stop grilling people about the bill. Their system here doesn't show the payments you've already made, of course! And if they didn't charge so much people could afford payments. In this day and time with everything so expensive, they need to let up. And the woman here isn't nice about it either! She keeps on and on badgering you in front of others in the waiting room. I have been here for over an hour waiting for them to tell me how much a simple blood draw will cost, I had to call a number, that person said they would look it up, I got a call back from someone who wanted to put me on some credit plan but still didn’t know how much it would cost, they said they would look into it then they called the reception who told me she couldn’t help me and asked her to send in my doctor referral. I’m still here waiting. So much for transparent pricing.

My mother who is almost blind and was very sick and 84 years old showed up at the time they told her to be there . They told her she was ten minutes late and wouldn't see her. They were very rude and wouldn't see her . She had been dropped off and had to sit there upset and sick until someone picked her up. If I'd been with her They would never had treated my mother that way. Older people deserve respect! I hope someone treats them poorly in return!
