Have been using Augusta Health for a very long time but here recently I’ve been severely disappointed. I had my daughter in February and decided to use them as her doctor since I have been going there too to make things easier on myself. Well for starters you can never get ahold of them on the phone. It takes multiple phone calls in order to even speak to somebody. I will never step foot in this office again. The nurses and the two providers I saw were very unkind and have very little empathy for their patients. We’ve called the administrators to provide feedback. For those in the Lexington area, it’s worth the drive to Fishersville for a much better experience!

Three times now I have made an appointment to see a doctor and all three times they told me that my appointment is for a different day and time than what they even texted me to confirm. They are super confused and then they try to gaslight me about their own confusion.

Dr. Karen Wright-Sheridan is my primary care physician. The best physician that I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest medical reports. She is caring, compassionate, thorough and never rushes through an appointment. Augusta Health is fortunate to have her.
