Very professional staff. Considerate when scheduling appointments which is greatly appreciated. I never feel "rushed" my questions are answered and I'm included in treatment plan. Highly recommend.
They NEVER answer the phones! They are so quick to refer you to Mychart but still never get back with you! I have been trying to get ahold of them about my bloodwork for over 2 weeks now!! This is honestly ridiculous and shows they do not care about you. Will be finding a new family dr ASAP!
Wonderful Physician and staff.
I used to love this practice and the clinicians and had great care from them for years. Over the last 6-12 months it has really gone down hill. It is extremely hard to get appointments and virtually impossible to get through to a person on the phone. The sudden exit of doctors made things worse, as the majority of care now seems to be handled by PAs and nurses. It is definitely not patient-centered. I feel like an inconvenience to this practice.
