It is a shame that this office does not have slot open for people who have respiratory viruses, flu, etc to be seen. They tell you to go to urgent care which is significantly more expensive. Also one of the male doctors there wants to push his vegan diet on you no matter what. Looking for another doctor. Medicine not like it used to be.
Dr. Davies is fantastic. Unfortunately she can't make up for the crappy new phone system. I'm considering switching practices because I can never get ahold of anyone now.

I've already called the patient advocacy line and the office and left messages about this and I'm currently waiting for a call back from both. We'll see how long it takes. I see Dr. Davies and she's been nothing but great to me and my family for over a decade but her nurse seems lazy, unaware of timeframes and the importance of the job she's actually doing.
