Edit: Good for small issues, bad for surgery I had a tonsillectomy done by Dr Plautz. He's a nice enough doctor for normal day to day ENT-related issues. As a surgeon, he and his practice fall short. I was given very minimal information about my surgery, how to prepare and what to expect beforehand. On discharge paperwork from the hospital, it said to call the clinic for any needs, or the after hours line on weekends. I have not been able to get into contact with him since the surgery. Dr. Cameron Lewis is just awesome. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, didn’t make me feel like he was in a rush he made me feel like his focus was on my issue. He examined my problem, he really investigated the issue to see what he could do. I’m so glad I was referred to him, and the check-in lady she was very sweet, so was the nurse. I had a good experience, and I get very nervous having to go to any doctor so I’m very happy it was a good experience.
Pretty bad just cause a new patient i can't be seen about my ear without a referral. Glad not a life threatening situation !!!!
Cameron Lewis, MD was very dismissive to patient concerns and was told to go somewhere else because it isn't "my speciality".
