Thankful as one should be that we have medical care available in Virginia I have recently had a very unpleasant experience. I have been with this practice since the late 1990's (five physicians -one NP) and until the last five years received fair and pleasant treatment. This is no longer the truth. I have been mislead about ability to provide care, scheduled inappropriately so my insurance will not pay and denied services covered by my insurance including mammograms and colonoscopy. My wife and I have then coming to this practice for nearly five years. The care we have received from both Susan Becker and Dr. Argawala has been outstanding. Absolutely no cold, indifferent health care providers here. The support staff is also fantastic. In a world where it seems the standards keep getting lowered. This place maintains excellence.
