Just called about a referral for my mom. The woman that answered the phone acted like it was a chore to answer the phone and had an attitude , and stating they started a new system and would be weeks before we hear back. When I asked to confirm they have the referral she said if we have it you will hear back in a weeks. I said ok and then she hung up. This is poor customer, if you are not happy find a different job.

I went in to cure hep C, which I've had nearly 17 years. It took 6 appointments to finally get prescribed medication,(from Amanda G.) an 8 week treatment, which requires a refill after 4 weeks. I had problems refilling my prescription and spent several hours trying to resolve the issue. I called on a Friday and was told from the pharmacist my medication was being shipped out.
