Very nice people!
My husband can't manage to get an appointment here. He's been trying for 2 years. Appointments are always a minimum of six months out and then they cancel before the appointment.
This group was amazing about 3 years ago. Then Dr. Tennyson, being arrogant and rude to patients, ran off the best Gastroenterologists! Dr. Srivastiva and Dr. Ibrahim were the best of the best!! This practice is horrible now. Very sad because Augusta Health has some of the very best specialist groups in the state. GI is a large blemish on a spectacular health care facility and groups.
After waiting almost a year and a half for an appointment, they called me to set one up. This was after I had called them numerous times. They set me up an appointment that is 8 months out. Fine, at least I’m now on the books. Thankfully, I had already been talking with my other doctors about referring me elsewhere because just a few short days later, I received a text message from AH Gastro that they were canceling my apt and would call me to reschedule.
